I have a small law firm. I use TriNet to manage payroll and benefits. It simplifies all the of the administration associated with these two critical functions, from setting compliant policies, to seamlessly processing payroll with correct withholding, to having a menu of benefit options to offer/select from. It's turn key and saves time so I can focus on my clients and growing my business.
- Offers quality health insurance plans to select from. This is major benefit and a significant challenge for businesses to research and negotiate.
- Administers payroll seamlessly with all withholding and forms handled properly.
- Provides a framework of HR practices and policies so that time is not wastes reinventing the wheel.
- The online interface is difficult to navigate. It could be much more intuitive.
