There are great HR resources within the TriNet system that are helpful as is having an HR Capitalist to assist us.

We use it for the operations team payroll processing.

Pros and Cons

Customer service is great.
Ease of use of the system.
Good follow up on any issues we have had.

An expanded PTO tracker would be helpful so I didn't have to use an outside party.

Return on Investment

The HR functions are very helpful to us as we were new to it.
New hire process really simple and easy to use.
If it has a good PTO/time off tracker, I'm not aware of it and would welcome information.
