Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use it for the operations team payroll processing.
- Customer service is great.
- Ease of use of the system.
- Good follow up on any issues we have had.
- An expanded PTO tracker would be helpful so I didn't have to use an outside party.
- The HR functions are very helpful to us as we were new to it.
- New hire process really simple and easy to use.
- If it has a good PTO/time off tracker, I'm not aware of it and would welcome information.
