Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

In the 1 year that I have been involved with TriNet, our rep, Bibi, has helped us with set ups, sick and PTO accruals, a special PTO plan for the legacy employees from the company we acquired, and walked us through the steps for all of the payroll processes as it relates to hiring new employees, paying a separation agreement, changing a holiday schedule, etc.. Bibi is awesome.
I have been thoroughly pleased with TriNet's capabilities and ease of use and the ability for our employees to access their information quickly through the site. This has reduced the amount of questions I receive because they can readily get their answers either through the site or through the 800# customer service desk.
We had acquired a company that had used TriNet for their HR and Benefits functions so we made the decision to continue to utilize TriNet for their needs.

  • Easy to make updates with hires, terminations, holiday schedule changes, etc..
  • Great partner in providing HR and benefits information to our employees
  • Great rep (Bibi) who is always there to quickly answer all of our questions or help us with any requests
  • Honestly, I don't see any need for improvement as it relates to services provided.
  • Ability of our employees to access their payroll and benefits information directly
  • Easy to maneuver site in allowing us to make changes, etc..
  • Great rep assigned to us to help with unusual requests or assist in maneuvering through the site for first time use (ex: holiday schedule)
We have not used other products similar to TriNet. We use ADP for our payroll processing only and have our own inhouse HR system for our other employees.
I have not had the need to use them for hourly time card employees. All of our employees who utilize TriNet are salaried exempt status. Because of this, it's challenging on tracking sick and PTO and I had to create an internal form in order for our employees to use when sick and PTO time have been taken so we can go on the site to manually adjust the balances based on the hours taken.
