Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Excellent customer service. I'm especially impressed by how quickly a customer rep gets back to us when we ask a question.
Pretty good, but there have been some bugs with the new website. I had to reset cookies and change browsers to make it work. Otherwise, it's pretty easy to get around. If I don't know where to go, the customer services is great.
We use TriNet for payroll and all of our HR management needs.
  • Answering questions on compliance and HR-related questions as quickly as possible.
  • Making HR simple
  • Handling taxes
  • It would be nice to have kept our previous account manager, Neva Rodriguez, who got promoted. She deserved it, but will miss her service
  • Reduce the time we've spent on HR administrative tasks
  • Tracking payroll categories and withholding
  • Issuing payment to employees
  • None
A couple years ago we looked at some other options, but TriNet seemed to be the best. Don't remember what the others were called.
Have found it to be a simple solution for everything HR related. Our use cases are pretty basic.
