Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Our account manager is readily available and always helpful.
The website is easy to use. The onboarding email was clear and easy to use. They offer great support.
TriNet serves our entire organization. It provides HR, payroll, and benefits. Using TriNet enable us to provide first class HR services and benefits even though we are a small organization. By running payroll for us, they take a huge headache away. They provide a cloud-based onboarding process that ensures we meet all legal requirements. We can trust and rely on TriNet.

Pros

  • The onboarding process is easy and comprehensive.
  • Payroll is easy.
  • It has good HR support.

Cons

  • No negatives
  • Enables us to hire rapidly during our busy season.
  • Makes sure we are compliant with hiring laws.
Trinet is much more robust that Intuit Payroll and Tristate provided lousy service and ultimately went bankrupt.
It seems well suited to a small business that does not have the size or depth to do HR on their own.
