TriNet - doesn't suck, better than doing it yourself for small companies
Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
Our entire organization uses TriNet. It allows us to minimize our internal administrative personnel onsite by covering benefits and payroll services.
Pros
- Handling all payroll execution
- Handling all employee insurance options and issues
- Keeping track of PTO for employees
Cons
- The website is difficult to use to find rarely used options, such as modifying employee data.
- The reports are poorly labeled and organized.
- It has had no impact on our business objectives
TriNet's sales people were more effective. And once you are with them (or anyone else) the switching cost is high so there will need to be a significant change (either negative at TriNet, or better option externally) for us to consider switching.
