Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

When I reach out to TriNet for help they are responsive. They give accurate and timely help.

The one exception was when we dealt with R& D credits, that part of of TriNet was shockingly unresponsive and terse.
About 70% of the website is well done and intuitive. The remaining 30% of the site is obscure, difficult to understand and navigate.
Our entire organization uses TriNet. It allows us to minimize our internal administrative personnel onsite by covering benefits and payroll services.
  • Handling all payroll execution
  • Handling all employee insurance options and issues
  • Keeping track of PTO for employees
  • The website is difficult to use to find rarely used options, such as modifying employee data.
  • The reports are poorly labeled and organized.
  • It has had no impact on our business objectives
TriNet's sales people were more effective. And once you are with them (or anyone else) the switching cost is high so there will need to be a significant change (either negative at TriNet, or better option externally) for us to consider switching.
Well suited for:
Any small company that wants a larger pool to lower the price/raise the quality of employee insurance.

Any small company that wants to avoid adding an HR head until they are large enough to justify adding this.

Any small company that wants to outsource their payroll.
