Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet was used across the entire company when I was there. It was our all encompassing payroll software. I loved it.

Pros

  • Accessibility
  • Ease of Use
  • Expedited Processes

Cons

  • Communication with Everyday users. Not Management.
Keith was amazing. Always quick to get whatever I needed done and if he didn’t know the right answer he would get me in contact with the right person.
The MainStreet update earned this rating. I had no complaints once we updated to that.
  • It made Payroll feel easy.
  • Quicker Process
  • Less work on the front side.
The TriNet Main Street update solved all of our problems. We had no issues after transferring everyone over.
