Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet for our payroll and employee benefits for the US arm of our global company, which I run.
  • The website and interactive nature of the online services is excellent. We can do most things on the app without having to speak to an advisor.
  • The buying power of TriNet enables smaller companies like ours to obtain similar deals on things like health insurance that big companies are able to leverage.
  • The employee benefits enrollment system is slightly tricky. As one can only change benefits once a year, it makes certain things difficult.
The customer support staff are excellent. They have dedicated customer service personnel so they understand your company. Always super helpful too!
Literally never had a problem with it. I like the online portal and the app that is available for the phone, etc. Very easy to use.
  • The payroll function has made our lives much easier - all automated and very easy to us. Also, bonuses are easy to add with "Special Payrolls".
  • Benefits - enables us to offer benefits that compare to bigger companies, which is important in the US, as there is no universal healthcare etc.
Much better. ADP payroll services were much more basic in comparison to Trinet.
We use it for payroll and employee benefits - I have no complaints on either front.
