Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

[It's] Used by the whole organization, to take care of payroll processing and benefits management.
  • Accurate payroll processing
  • Quick response to employee questions
  • Assistance with HR matters (templates, resources, etc.)
  • Additional enhancement to the online platform.
  • Promotion of free perks that come with the service
The representatives are quick to respond with relevant information and always polite and willing to help
Payroll edits can be a little confusing. The website can be further enhanced to improve user-friendliness.
  • Eliminated the need of hiring a dedicated employee to process payroll and ensure compliance
  • Provides a platform for employee tracking and benefit management
  • Reduction of legal advice costs related to HR
