- Following their own processes to ensure tasks are completed accurately. Too often the processing staff is not detailed oriented and make constant mistakes as they don't follow instructions.

- Build your own time card feature versus outsourcing that tool to another vendor.
- Obviously having your team for payroll purposes has allowed us to reduce internal staff slightly.
- Having several healthcare options is a benefit to our employees.
- HR Passport is a good tool to keep employee data current.
- HR compliance in multiple states is helpful.
I have not seen a better overall solution. Obviously moving to another product/vendor has its challenges and is time consuming. Pricing is a factor. As long as TriNet doesn't out-price themselves and continues to provide great service, I don't see a reason to leave. Although, there are features we would like to see changed.
