Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is used for payroll and benefits by this organization. Payroll salaries are produced for our employees along with showing their benefits for the period.
  • TriNet is very good about reminders for inputting payroll.
  • TriNet has extremely helpful customer service.
  • TriNet is reliable on getting employee salaries accurate and deposited.
  • Payroll reports are disjointed.
  • Payroll preview may or may not work.
  • Finding appropriate employee information can be a challenge.
Our support representative is extremely helpful and patient with all questions.
Using TriNet takes patience as not all information is obvious in locating. Payroll reports are spread over several searches rather than located in one document like other payroll services we've used.
  • TriNet keeps our payroll records extremely accurate and retrievable when needed.
TriNet is a better full service than other less costly simpler systems.
TriNet would definitely be useful as a full payroll service for any organization.
A very small organization would probably be overwhelmed by TriNet.
