Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is used by our organization for Human Resourses and Payroll.

Pros

Cons

  • More standard payroll reports
  • A more efficient way to contact our account rep
  • We have used TriNet as a guide for our HR resource.
  • Their expertise has been benefical in helping with HR Compliance.
  • Background checks and drug testing
  • Retirement and pension
I consider it very user friendly.
A past representative did not address our issues or questions promptly or reached out to the appropriate TriNet department to resolve our questions. She is no longer with TriNet.
