Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

[It's used by the] Whole organization. It addresses the multi-state payroll and tax and benefits requirements.
  • Our account representative is very helpful and responsive.
  • The online portal is easy to follow and our account rep is very helpful to direct us in there.
  • TriNet Expense is helpful to gather all the expenses and receipts from various locations for remote review.
  • The only challenges we have faced are some of the state specific requirements for taxes and leave of absences but that was a while ago and possibly improved already.
Our representative has been extremely helpful and responsive especially during our growth and addition of staff in various states.
The portal is very user-friendly and supports our functions of payroll and HR including our new addition of the PTO Scheduler module and now TriNet Expense. It is helping us to streamline approvals and keep them all on the record.
  • We have payroll accuracy and records of approvals.
  • We have more time to spend on the mission of our non-profit organization.
  • We are in compliance with multi-state employment requirements.
We have had TriNet for almost six years and have not used any others to compare.
It is well suited for our small office where we do not have an HR department or the staff to handle the multi-state requirements.
