Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is used to handle HR for our small startup.
  • Manages all the regulatory issues
  • Manage international HR issues (we had both US and Canadian employees
  • Manage tax issues
  • Serve as a sounding board for decisions concerning HR
  • Provide a convenient web interface for everything HR
  • When we transitioned to TriNet, it was in the middle of the year, and we had some glitches with tax issues. It would have been helpful for TriNet to tell us what to pay attention to during the transition.
  • Have a FAQ/checklist on the web site for each step.
  • Have the rep periodically reach out via email during a less-busy time to ask: anything we can help with? Any questions?
My service contact at TriNet is always responsive to my questions.
The web site is very usable.
  • Greatly reduced time HR spent on administrative tasks
  • Helped a lot with state-specific requirements
  • Helped a lot with foreign (Canadian) employees
The search was done by the COO.
TriNet was ideal for our scenario: a small startup with an inexperienced CEO and COO, needing a comprehensive web-based HR solution that spanned states and countries.
