Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Being utilized for benefits administration and payroll.
  • TriNet customer service is excellent. Very supportive in every aspect.
  • Even though they tend to change team members frequently, they all seemed to be trained well.
  • TriNet portal is a one-stop-shop in terms of information.
  • Be more competitive on benefit renewals. We have had to negotiate for something each year. As a small company, this has been a little frustrating.
  • Not quite sure why there are frequent changes in support personnel.
Whenever I have had a question or need to talk through a scenario, they were there for support.
The portal is very easy to figure out. As an admin of the site, I find it very user-friendly.

TriNet is a much stronger product with very good customer service. Ability to rely on information and payroll is essential to success. There are a lot of features in TriNet we are not utilizing but could choose from to support our business. These other products do not have these options.
If looking for a one-stop-shop for benefits and payroll, this is one of the best.
