Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
Being utilized for benefits administration and payroll.
- TriNet customer service is excellent. Very supportive in every aspect.
- Even though they tend to change team members frequently, they all seemed to be trained well.
- TriNet portal is a one-stop-shop in terms of information.
- Be more competitive on benefit renewals. We have had to negotiate for something each year. As a small company, this has been a little frustrating.
- Not quite sure why there are frequent changes in support personnel.
- Payroll Accuracy and Reporting

- Zenefits and Paychex Flex
TriNet is a much stronger product with very good customer service. Ability to rely on information and payroll is essential to success. There are a lot of features in TriNet we are not utilizing but could choose from to support our business. These other products do not have these options.
