Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We are a global company with six offices world wide. All employees in our US business entity, with offices in LA and NY, use it. We use it to solve virtually all our business concerns. We use it for payroll and benefits and HR advice and support. The level of service we've had from an HR perspective has been terrific. We have a dedicated HR Manager who is made available to our employees to reach out directly.
  • HR Management & Employee Relations. There is a dedicated HR Manager who supports our employees individually.
  • HR Advice. We have had excellent guidance when dealing with two unfortunate grievances.
  • HR Advice. Support and facilitation dismissal. The person was not suited for the role and such care was shown to explain how we could assist during the transition.
  • Helped us with policies.
  • Helped us to understand the insurance offerings such as EPLI.
  • The platform can be slightly unintuitive to use.
  • We wished we could record work from home days.
We wouldn't have survived without their assistance with HR policies. Helped us to customize policies such as work from home etc. Also work place training resources.
Although I overall love TriNet the only area of improvement I can think of is the user friendliness of the online platform mainly from the administrator's point of view.

Trinet's full service offering outweighs competitors exponentially.
Very well suited to payroll and benefits. Very well suited to outsourced HR Management for a SME.
