Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is used by our organization for payroll and benefit needs.
  • Easy access to benefit information.
  • Easy to onboard new employees.
  • Easy to find FAQ information.
  • Easy to contact TriNet staff for additional information.
  • TriNet offers so many medical plans it's hard to find specific information.
  • Has TriNet considered managing their own 401k plan?
For the most part, I have been able to get assistance in a timely matter when needed. Hopefully evolving technology platform will be helpful.
While fairly easy to use, not always easy to find specific answers.
  • TriNet has made the payroll process easier.
  • TriNet has made the onboarding process easy.
Easier to continue with current plan at this time.
Currently appears to be well-suited for small and medium sized companies. Uncertain if has the bandwidth for larger companies.
