Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet across the whole org. I would say we are a full-service client. We mostly use TriNet for payroll and HR issues.
- The response of my rep is very quick. Even if she doesn't have the answer, she will respond to let you know she's working on getting it.
- It's hard to say where improvement is needed. When my rep has to reach out to other departments for answers, the wait can be too long. However, I don't know what those other depts are.
- To improve payroll accuracy, to stay within HR compliance, to reduce the time HR spent on administrative tasks, to make recruiting more efficient.
I didn't select TriNet. My predecessors did. They're both similar.
