Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet to handle all of the HR needs companywide. It allows us to offer top-notch benefits that we otherwise may not be able to and allows us to easily process our payroll.
  • Strong support: Our HR representative at TriNet is available and helpful when we have sticky HR situations to deal with.
  • Online portal: Employees have a professional-looking portal to log into and view their benefits, paychecks, etc.
  • The vacation tracking portal can be a little confusing, in terms of showing exactly how much vacation time is remaining.
  • The 401(k) solution doesn't allow us to add additional funds that we want to offer to our employees.
  • The TriNet Expense add on is nice, but the interface could be improved.
Our dedicated representatives are available and helpful.
Their portal continues to improve and has become more and more user-friendly over the time we've used it. The TriNet expense add-on could use a little help on the user interface side.
  • By offering great benefits, enabled by being part of TriNet, we've been able to increase retention.
  • TriNet helps ensure we stay in compliance.
  • Payroll submission is quick and easy.
For any small to medium-sized company that wants to offer top-notch benefits and/or wants to get by without their own HR division, TriNet offers a great solution.
