Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

It´s used to process the payroll of our US workers. The financial department uses it. No problems address so far.

TriNet support in terms of implementation of new account was beneficial, as the account manager provides us excellent support guiding us through the platform, explaining all the doubts that came from this process in real-time. This was very good because we didn't leave worries for later, and we were ready to finalize the process quickly.
As I work in a company very connected to technologies, the platform of TriNet allows us to follow the company processes at a distance. This is quite important when we are doing this through overseas. I enjoyed the usability and pray for continuous improvement to allow the user for even better experiences.

  • The workflow with the employees works quite well from the statements of our staff.
  • Allow us to maximize the time spent on the HR administration.
TriNet was given referral to us by our accountancy partner and by some of our providers, so it was the first and only solution used by our company.
TriNet provides excellent support on the onboarding of new employees as well to pay to the workers on due time, Perhaps in terms of legal and fiscal obligations with the payroll is a line of work that I feel it can be improved in the future to provide proper feedback on these matters.
