TriNet is a must-have
Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet for payroll, expense reimbursements, and human resources. The accounting department in my office handles it while the employees all have their own logins and can access their paystubs, the marketplace and contact TriNet for anything thy need. TriNet is a one-stop-shop every office needs to have. They make everything easy for our company.
Pros
- Payroll - make a mistake? They can fix it.
- Human resources - not sure what to do? TriNet has all the answers.
- Customer service - need help? Your TriNet rep is ALWAYS available.
Cons
- The TriNet Expense app could be more user friendly.
- They handle all the difficult/complicated parts of HR. That way we only have 1 person with a little HR experience handling the basic stuff.
- They make payroll easy. No time is wasted here and there are few to no errors in payroll which saves us time and money.
