Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
At Mercury Capital we use TriNet for all of our benefits and payroll. TriNet is used in our US offices. We love that everything is handled by one group and that we always have our TriNet representative to assist us. TriNet keeps us updated on everything we need to know about benefits for our employees.

- Increases in benefits, each year it just goes up a small amount
- When you dial into the 800 number for assistance, they really want you to speak with your rep but sometimes the rep is busy and we need an answer quickly.
We are very happy. If you email your rep and they are away at meetings you will receive an email stating when they will be back in the office and who you can reach out to in their absence. Our rep gets on the phone with us to describe in great detail changes or upcoming events that we need to be aware of. Will walk us through a process on the platform if we do not understand--very hands-on.
It's like everything else, hard when changes are first implemented but as you get to use the system on a daily basis it is much easier. Always someone to assist you with the process.
