Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is used for Payroll and for Human Resources.

Pros

  • Payroll.
  • Communication.
  • Helping to run reports.

Cons

  • Human Resource Communication with the State of MA.
Usually receive a reply in 24 hours before COVID. Been a little slower with different names being sent to represent our account since then.
Simple to work with especially compared to Paychex.
  • I can always go to it and find what I am looking for.
  • HR compliance is better.
  • Payroll is automatic each pay period.
We had one month we were knocked down to half time. It was easy to make these changes in TriNet.
Very user friendly, easy to make adjustments, dependable.
