Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We used TriNet to manage our payroll & benefits for the entire company. It provides support for a small company like us to easily manage payroll and distribute benefits, as well as assist in any HR problems/questions that may arise.

  • We used to be provided a dedicated account manager who always responded in a timely manner. Now you go through a general support line, sometimes responses can be a little slow.
The team has always been helpful with any questions or issues I had. Whether it be something small or big, they always make sure your needs are solved.
The site is very easy to manage. Payroll is easy to process, adding employees is straight forward, there is access to a multitude of reports.

  • Reduce time spent on benefit administration.
There was no lapse in our service. If we had any questions, the team was there for us.
TriNet is all encompassing. It manages everything for you so you don't have to worry. TriNet is well suited in payroll services, benefit administration, and HR compliance.
