Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use it for payroll and benefits for our US team members.
  • Client support.
  • Onboarding of new members.
  • Reports are impossible to find and hard to filter down to what I need.
  • Terminations - the process is unclear.
They're fast and helpful but sometimes I get conflicting assistance so I'm hesitant to trust. Generally it's very good I have confidence in 9/10 questions.
Again, day to day is easy for processing but I need more reporting ability that I just don't find intuitive.
  • Admin work with new hires.
  • Compliance across multiple states.
Nothing changed.
It's a great system for day to day use of payroll and benefits. As a Canadian trying to support US teams, it helps to know the knowledge I need is built into the system so I'm learning a lot about local rules as I go.
