TriNet Support

Good followup Problems get solved Kept well informed | Escalation required Difficult to get immediate help Need to explain problems multiple times Slow Initial Response |
We have Preferred Support but it does not work as well as a relationship manager
Trinet used to provide very good support when we had a relationship manager who was our one point of contact. However, with conenct360 and preferred support the service levels have dropped.
