Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet handles all our HR function. We also use TriNet for 401K, health insurance, life insurance, vision and dental.
  • Payroll processing.
  • Employee communication and questions.
  • Tax filing and keeping us compliant in different states.
TriNet has been very responsive to any questions or needs. There web portal is easy to use.
Web portal easy to use.
  • Trinet has saved us having to have an internal HR person of staff.
Helped with PPP loan reports, best practices, keeping up on various state rules.

We felt TriNet had better value and more choices for 401K and health insurance.
We have employees in several states- TriNet knows all the state laws and tax details- so it makes it very easy.
