Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

It is our outsourced HR dept. Payroll, hiring, firing.
  • All in one source for HR info.
  • ROI vs. hiring employees.
  • Website UI
  • Changes in acct mgmt./contacts/representatives.
  • One point of contact.
Constantly changing acct manager/point of contact. The need to contact different people within TriNet for certain questions. Should be just one point of contact.
Fairly easy to find the information you are seeking on trinet.com. And if you can't, you can contact your rep. Response time from a rep is not great and sometimes they transfer you to someone else within Trinet that can answer.
  • Saved us significant overhead by allowing us to outsource HR.
  • Peace of mind that we are compliant with all applicable hiring laws and regulations.
