Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is used to manage payroll and benefits. I use TriNet to review paychecks and select my health insurance plans. We have flexible vacation days, so I do not use TriNet for PTO management.

I only remember reaching out to their CS team once, and they were helpful. I used the live chat feature which is very convenient. It did take a while to get connected to someone.
It's a very easy to use tool. All tabs are labeled clearly, and I didn't run into any issues with accessing what I was looking for.

Our team works remotely, and TriNet makes it easy to access documents on your own without the need of meeting with HR.

Rippling offers a more modern interface, but TriNet features work just as well.
I think TriNet is a straightforward solution for companies of any size. It's easy as an employee to access tax documents, review paychecks, review benefits, and access company policy documents.
