Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

PEO Partnership with TriNet. Payroll, HR, Workers Comp, Time & Attendance, benefits, Training, labor law compliance, etc, we are under-utilizing the program.
  • Time & Attendance weekly Time tracking & Meal Penalty tracking.

  • Time & Attendance Report that cover more than one pay period.
  • HR Specialist support on special cases and enquiry.
  • Improved payroll accuracy.
  • Improved Labor law compliance.
  • Improved time tracking.
We underutilized in some area that is not the main focus. Also wish to have more HR direct support instead of having to reach out to a generic email account or a 1-800 number.
Payroll support is great; thank you. LOA support is thorough too. Chat support is also a great tool and the response is instantaneous most of the time for standard questions. It might get tricky and being transferred from one rep to another when the case is more complicated, this is where we need more direct support.
