Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
My organization uses TriNet as our PEO for payroll processing, benefit administration, 401k administration, I-9 verification and reverification. Personally, my use case as a senior recruiter is to onboard new employees into the system, getting them set up with direct deposit, benefits, 401k and I-9 verification.
Pros
- Smooth new employee onboarding process
- Payroll process
- I-9 verification
Cons
- In my opinion, processes are overly complicated at times or unclear
- In my experience, getting a resolution is not always straightforward. While the chat is available, the reps often cannot resolve the issues or misunderstand the issue leading to more confusion
- In my experience, there are fees associated with simple requests that should not have fees associated, for example, when we reach out for an issue or question, we are charged for that.
- TriNet has allowed us to improve payroll accuracy
- TriNet has supported with HR compliance
- TriNet has helped us reduce the time spent on some HR admin tasks
