Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
Our main use in Trinet is payroll, PTO and benefits. We do not have to manually track attendance and time off as employees can put in their own requests. Employees can easily see their vacation requests and remaining time off. TriNet has made this easy by either using the computer or using their app.

- PTO assigned at the beginning of each year is always messed up.
- TriNet ask for 15 business days to resolve an issue. If the issue is only partly resolved, the "clock" starts over with another 15 business days.
- Need a more friendly user applicant tracking system.
- No negative impact that we were not able to overcome with little or no difficulty.
- It has helped with our PTO tracking.
- It has helped make our payroll easier to handle.
