Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Our main use in Trinet is payroll, PTO and benefits. We do not have to manually track attendance and time off as employees can put in their own requests. Employees can easily see their vacation requests and remaining time off. TriNet has made this easy by either using the computer or using their app.

Cons

  • PTO assigned at the beginning of each year is always messed up.
  • TriNet ask for 15 business days to resolve an issue. If the issue is only partly resolved, the "clock" starts over with another 15 business days.
  • Need a more friendly user applicant tracking system.
  • No negative impact that we were not able to overcome with little or no difficulty.
  • It has helped with our PTO tracking.
  • It has helped make our payroll easier to handle.
There are still some minor issues that I have mentioned earlier but overall, it's a good system.
They normally contact you within 24 hours. Having dedicated contacts for various areas have been a tremendous help. These dedicated contacts for HR, payroll and benefits makes it a lot easier to communicate issues as they are familiar with issues/concerns that you have discussed in the past and you have a repour with them.

Yes

TriNet has a lot to offer. More things than I realize until unfortunately a problem pops up and TriNet helps me resolve it and I realize that I've been doing it all wrong or that there was valuable information that I could have been using. Even after 2 years, I'm still learning the things that TriNet has to offer.
