Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet as a solution for the payroll and benefit needs of our small and remote-based non-profit. The team at TriNet has helped us manage our business and well as offered a dynamic and easy-to-use platform for our team.

Tools to help the admin team utilize the site.
Customer support can be hit and miss depending on the topic. Anything that requires advanced knowledge or specialization is likely to have a delayed reply...sometimes for days.

Nice option for basic payroll and benefits. Team finds the platform easy to use. More options coming online for reporting and tracking. Cost is a bit prohibitive.
