Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

HR and Payroll. Being able to use Trinet allows us to offer more to our employees of our small company through the benefits package. It also makes it easier to keep up with all of the HR laws in our state that we would otherwise not be able to do.

  • I don't feel its always easy to find information I need.
  • Reports are sometimes called names other than what I call them and are hard to find.
  • Isn't always user friendly. I usually end up using chat for help
  • There hasn't really been any negative impact.
I feel like it's hard to find things. The reports aren't always easy to find. I feel like I have already put all of this when asked in another question. At this point it feels like I'm repeating myself. I feel like it isn't that user friendly. I can do a search and can't get anything on it.
The first time I personally contacted Trinet for support was awful. However, someone quickly jumped in and handled the situation like a pro. I remember going back and forth with someone who was very rude and unprofessional. I didn't really understand. but then I had someone com in that helped me get all of my questions answered and explained things in a way that I could understand.
I was not here at that time and will not be able to answer that question.
It's been too long ago to be able to compare.

Yes

As said previously, the benefits are very good and it's great for keeping up with the current state laws.

Not user friendly. It seems like a lot of things to help but really hard to find stuff. I have spent way too much time looking for certain reports and other things and usually wind up asking chat.
