I mainly use TriNet for payroll and HR.

  • Had issues early on with mixed information for reps.
Tasks can be completed in a reasonable amount of time, demonstrating that the system is streamlined and avoids unnecessary steps or complexity. I don't expend excessive mental or physical effort to use the product.
It is easy to reach support through your preferred channels (phone and email) when I need it. The support agents quickly respond to inquiries and resolve issues. Timeliness is crucial, and you give prompt service. Support agents demonstrate understanding and care for my situations, making me feel valued.
