Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We are a manufacturing business and we use TriNet for benefits, payroll, and on boarding and hoping to use it for coaching and other things. We just started in June of this year so we are very new to the platform but have learned many amazing things and will continue to learn throughout the next few months to really understand what it has to offer.

Based on the short amount of time we have used the platform I think there is room to learn more and grow and understand the platform in a more deepened level. I think custom reports and having the ability to use them to pull the actual data we need has been great.
Support has been good so far. There could be a better outlook on things when we first switched over.
We used ADP previous and they were decent and willing to help us move forward with new upgrades but our new CEO had moved several companies to TriNet and we had a great over view when we first met with our rep for TriNet so we switched to see what benefits of the platform would really help our tea.

It was a huge step for our company and there are many great things to the platform but I think at the beginning we had a lot of struggles that have now washed out. There were things that we wished were explained better in detail instead of us having to figure it out on our own.
