Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet was utilized as our employer of record. Through TriNet we processed employee records and payroll. We also utilized the HR advisory resources that were available through TriNet and TriNet's new manager training services.

  • we did not utilize TriNet for recruiting
It was relatively user friendly.
I found it difficult to contact my direct representative and frequently had to speak with a general rep who was not familiar with my particular situation or history.

We worked very will with our HR Advisor and found her to be extremely knowledgeable in the areas we required advice on. It seemed that our account representatives were frequently changed, which created a lack on continuity in our services and knowledge of our previous issues.
