Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
TriNet was our PEO 2020-2025.
As a small non-profit, it was our solution for all HR processes including payroll, benefits, hiring, etc.
We did not use the expense management system.

Pros
- Offers all the systems we need (payroll, benefits, EAP, etc)
- Payroll processing is straightforward
- Hiring platform has improved
- The Wing platform has been a helpful new asset
- Account manager and payroll manager were both great
Cons
- Tax team is understaffed and slow to respond
- "Technology fees" continue to be a surprise assessment
- Online case numbers are lost or closed out without resolutions
- Overall PEPM fees are expensive
- Give HR staff confidence that org management is covered
