Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We currently use TriNet for benefits, payroll, and the HRIS. We have an external timekeeping system and our data is fed into the TriNet system for payroll processing. We have our employees enroll in the benefits through TriNet. We track and manage our employee profiles through TriNet as well. We have other features that we pay for, but they are not utilized.
Pros
- TriNet has great feature with The Wing Community where you can learn a lot about the system and earn rewards
- It has a robust reporting feature for analyzing and reviewing data
- TriNet is great at keeping track of I-9 statuses and sending reminders
Cons
- The work history feature on the employee profiles does not show the data properly (it will show an entry, but information says "no details". It is hard to see changes quickly without running a report
- I'd like to see TriNet integrate with more systems to allow for better functionality
- It would be nice if TriNet had more features on the ATS, like texting applicants, AI assistance, setting up interviews in the system, etc.
- The significant increase in benefit rates has impacted our business
- We've been able to remain compliant by utilizing the federal reporting features
Do you think TriNet delivers good value for the price?
