We are a small faith-based organization looking for a community forum platform that will engage our members. TrustRadius quickly identified the software options available to us. As the Executive Director, it is my responsibility to scan the market, assess what software programs are best suited to our needs and, of course, which programs provide the best cost-benefit ratio for our association. By narrowing the field, as it were, I can identify the options, with recommendations, and present them to my Board of Directors for approval.

I found the number of reviews, and the ratings, very helpful to me. Then, of course, the description of the product. The information was clear and concise allowing me to quickly determine which software solutions to pursue and which ones to let go of. The grid rankings focused my efforts and provided me with my top 4 options.
The reviews need to provide a clear description of what the software was used for, how the implementation worked, and the impact it had on the organization.
The reviews gave substance and texture to the rankings. It helped me position a product in relative merit to other products.
- Easy to use and navigate.
- Open and engaging interface.
- Excellent use of hyperlinks.
- I did not see a quick link to the product homepage.
- Videos would help - a quick introduction to the nature, scope, and purpose of the product.
TrustRadius eliminated my Google search for what I was looking for and avoided dead ends.
TrustRadius was just better organized and quickly compared one software with another.
