Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

TrustRadius has assisted us with customer outreach, creating new testimonials, and building out our reference network. We've been able to strengthen our case study and testimonial pages by displaying TrustRadius quotes on different pages of our website. It's also been easy to find and send specific quotes/reviewers to our sales team when they have need of it. Our Marketing and Customer Advocates departments are primary users, but Sales also benefits.
  • Being able to tag and easily search for specific quotes/reviews has been very helpful. If our sales or development teams want to see what customers are saying about a specific feature I can easily search for that tag.
  • The website syndication has also been great. It's easy to figure out and it looks great on our site.
  • It's been beneficial for us to be able to customize some of the review questions that are sent out to our customers, especially as it relates to our specific industry. It's also been nice to not have to reach out to all of our customers. I love that they do it for me.
  • It would be cool if we could have results from A/B tests on landing pages that utilize the website syndication.

TrustRadius has helped us build out our reference program. We've had around 50 people opt-in to be a reference in our first wave of outreach. Those people have since been reached out to and vetted for our reference program. Sales has benefited from having new references to pull from to match with prospects. It's good to avoid customer burn-out.
Along with TrustRadius, we also receive online reviews from G2 Crowd, Software Advice, and Capterra. TrustRadius is different because it allows us to really dive into the quotes and reviews and use them. It has also done wonders for our reference program. None of the competitors listed offer the ability to tag quotes, and that's been really helpful for us.
Unlike some other online review platforms, TrustRadius has allowed us to set up custom questions and benefit from asking things that would be helpful to know, or that we think could help us stand out from our competitors. We also tend to get longer and more thoughtful reviews from our customers. I'll take quality over quantity any day.
It's been a big time-saver for me as I haven't had to reach out to all of these customers. It's been so great that TrustRadius has taken that work off of my plate. It's also been easier to identify references and potential advocates that would be a good match to be featured in a more detailed case study.
The vendor offerings are well-suited for a marketing team that's looking to expand its library of customer testimonials. Third-party reviews are a great way to build credibility.
