TrustRadius helps our business transparency in so many ways. The customer always comes first and by integrating TrustRadius in our marketing activities, we can really hear what our customers have to say and either leverage the positive reviews or take action when we need to make improvements.

We have used custom questions and the quality of content collected from our customers is priceless.
I believe that the reviews have helped increase conversions but we are looking to track that better to see to what extent it improves webpage performance.
TrustRadius is Yelp for software buyers and that is a fact. Before making a decision to purchase a software product, one should consult with TrustRadius due to its honest reviews and sophisticated information. Customers know this and vendors do as well. There is so much value working with TrustRadius and if customer satisfaction is at the heart of your business, then incorporating what people have to say about your company in marketing materials or even sharing it internally to Sales, makes you one step ahead of the game.

We share the TrustRadius reviews with our sales teams, our prospects and our customers to validate our purpose, spread awareness and build our reputation in the market. We also look at the more negative reviews to see what problems we need to solve.
