TrustRadius helped us inform our buyer persona program, and gave us insight into who our users were and great content on how they were using the product. Marketing used TrustRadius a lot but it was starting to be used by the sales team as well. We also used it on our landing pages, which gave us high conversion rates due to social proof.

We relied heavily on TrustRadius for our customer reference program, since when we scaled to go after larger clients we needed more references. They helped put a process in place for us to identify great references and case studies without extra effort. Also using this gave us insight into specific industries and larger company sizes and markets we were trying to grow in.
TrustPilot and G2 Crowd. I didn't like TrustPilot at all because it wasn't focused on B2B and you couldn't do much with the reviews. It was also not user friendly at all and it was so hard to send reviews.
We loved the content collected, it was great quality and we were able to segment by pain points, different features and getting success metrics for our customers
One of my biggest challenges was finding customers in larger organizations and getting the correct quotes to show value as we were trying to move up market. TrustRadius's flexible and powerful site allowed me to collect reviews from the right people and then ask the right questions to get the content I needed.
It is great for any business looking to get great data from their customers that they can put into good use. If you don't plan on doing anything with these reviews (use it for content, pages, product improvements or sales playbooks) then it might be not worth the investment but these reviews collect such valuable data from your customers that we saw the worth of the service instantly.
