Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

TrustRadius has been integral in ensuring that the customer voice is heard. While I'm still working on internal buy-in, we are utilizing the TrustRadius content and data on product pages, social campaigns, in webinar outreach, nurture journeys, and in campaign messaging. As this platform gets introduced to more of my marketing org, the value grows and the opportunities increase of where it can be utilized.

  • Detailed reviews that aren't offered in other review platforms.
  • Custom questions that allow me to easily change data points based on internal messaging updates.
  • Competitive pricing model compared to vendors when weighing value/ROI.
  • Updating listings can be a bit weird when you have to put competitors in to submit, especially when you are one of the first companies in a certain category.
  • Increase in customer reviews
  • Top Rated Award use in sales enablement tools, blogs, social, etc

TrustRadius is one of, if not the best, platforms for review quality. Others tend to come in at the 125-175 avg words/review, where I'm seeing 300+ avg words/review for our content. While I don't believe that TrustRadius is the only vendor that should be utilized at an organization, the quality is almost unmatched.
In six months, we've gone through 2-3 custom question changes and will go through another round shortly. Being able to get the content you want on your reviews is crucial. We've geared questions for cross-selling enablement, adoption level reporting, and more. This helps ensure that each review we get has something that's useful.

All of these are either being considered or utilized in my org, and they each offer their own advantages. G2 offers a bit more lead gen, where TrustRadius offers more quality content. All of these should be considered, and more, depending on your org's product/service line.
If you're looking to capture the customer voice and use that in various marketing channels, this is a vendor you can't pass up. The value that is being offered allows you to have a customer testimonial for any angle you're trying to market.
