Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors
We've been using TrustRadius for about two years. I've personally used TrustRadius for less than that time but it has been helpful when used by our marketing and sales teams. We utilize our reviews on TrustRadius by turning them into case studies and embedding them on our product pages. We have also started using their Chrome extension so our sales team has easy access to reviews so they can embed them in prospect/customer correspondence, presentations, and other materials.
- Sourcing reviews about our products that are honest and in-depth.
- Google Chrome extension to access reviews quickly and efficiently.
- Easy to tag reviews to group them for certain use-cases.
- Reporting can be improved.
- Some offerings are a little expensive for the value they provide.
- It has increased our product reviews.
- It has streamlined our utilization of customer reviews.
The quality of the reviews is excellent.
We are in the process of applying custom questions to all of our major products. The products that do have custom questions allow us to explore certain situations that our customers find themselves in. It also allows us to prompt the customer to expand on use cases that we could use to promote parts of our products.
Personally, I have not used any alternatives to TrustRadius. I know that other team members are using G2 Crowd, but I cannot speak to how it stacks up against TrustRadius.
