Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

TrustRadius for Vendors has helped us at different levels. First, they helped us build the reputation of the company and increase its visibility with reviews. They helped us source more of them and make them aligned with our positioning, thanks to the custom questions. We used the quotes from these reviews to feed our sales team with words from real users, but we also used them on our website on different pages. TrustRadius for Vendors also helped us have more efficient advertising campaigns thanks to intent data. Compared to our previous campaign, we could see a 50 to 100% ROI increase due to the fact we could target people with an ongoing project.

We used intent data for digital advertising and monitored a 50 to 100% increase in ROI vs. regular campaigns not based on intent data but just on demographics. Intent data helped us target accounts with ongoing projects and saved money on targeting people with no project for our tool.
I don't have a lot of experience with other vendors. We enjoyed being able to take advantage of the reviews through quotes that the sales team could use during calls with prospects, and we could also display them in a targeted fashion on different pages of our website, bringing in customer voices that could not be suspected to be fake.
Great experience, from purchasing to deploying and using the solution. The customer success team has always been by our side, helping us take advantage of different elements of the offer over time and growing our usage to increase our ROI.
In order to pick the right vendors, I built a series of queries our potential customers would type in Google at different stages of their journey and looked at how software review websites were performing on the result page. TrustRadius for Vendors was the most balanced in terms of performance across the different stages of the journey

Working for a software vendor, we know people are reluctant to submit marketing forms or discuss with sales at an early stage. TrustRadius for Vendors helped us get on the radar of those doing research and preparing purchases. In terms of awareness, it was great. Also, being able to target people with an ongoing project, thanks to intent data, helped us be more efficient and focus on the right people at the right time.
