TrustRadius is one of the main platforms within our review program. This program establishes a framework of transparency and honesty that allows us to listen to our users, partners and market analysts actively. At the same time, it establishes our customers' satisfaction level and helps decision-makers make better choices based on the real experiences of their peers. That is why the results obtained here are included in our company's health metrics.

For us, TrustRadius intent data is a new layer to our ABX platform. Our platform aggregates different data sources and performs correlations and comparisons to establish the interest and stage in the buying journey for each account. In that process, TrustRadius intent data adds an extra qualification process for those accounts, and we can establish which accounts are more mature to prioritize for sales outreach.
It's true that most review platforms are very similar, but there are some differences that really set TrustRadius ahead of the others. First of all, personalized questions are definitely a great competitive advantage because it allows us to define specific questions that we want to get direct answers from our users. Secondly, the capability to organize and sort reviews are something very appreciate. This way, we can quickly identify reviews with specific content or those we can use for different purposes (prospecting, cross-sell, new opportunities, etc.). Finally, the questions predefined by TrustRadius are complete and well organized enough to provide an environment where the reviewer can express freely in a very comprehensive way, and we can get quite complete and credible information about the experience of our users.
Gartner Peer Insights is clearly focused on large accounts, so it is not a good fit for all types of companies. In this sense, TrustRadius helps us to cover the entire spectrum of companies in our target market. In addition, TrustRadius offers us capabilities and interactive tools with which we can optimize and boost our review program.
