Overall Satisfaction with Twilio
On my specific side of things in marketing we started using SendGrid to relay our email communications from our CRM as we encountered deliverability issues. As part of our agreement we also conducted a multiple-week plan with their deliverability expert in order for us to learn the platform and its ins and outs, as well as general lesser-well-known deliverability best practices and things to consider, which were tremendously helpful.

In my department we're using Twilio for their SendGrid product to relay our email communication and for now it's good for our needs.
I believe the fact the SendGrid's multiple sending IPs with a live view of their reputation and the ability to manage which IPs to use has been greatly helpful
I'll be honest it wasn't my decision to go with Twilio and I wasn't part of the buying committee. We chose to go with them since a different department of ours used their services previously and recommended and led the process with them when our issues were brought up to them.
