This is the same question as the last question.<br><br>It just made things easier because instead of having to do all that stuff in house, we can just outsource and pay for it allowing us to focus on what we are good at.<br><br>When scaling, you have to decide what you need to do and what you can outsource.<br><br>We can outsource SMS/Transactional emails, so we did.

We implement very easy and very quickly for our developers the integration of Twilio API in our solutions. The additional of the WhatsApp messaging channel allow us to expand into a new business category. Specifically, the WhatsApp messaging channel grants our product to have stronger international support in countries that do not use SMS messaging as commonly as people in United States do. Beyond this, our use case is fairly simple.

While using the same basic setup, we have programmed different paths through our auto-responder to accommodate new programs and respond to varying visitor needs. Once you get a basic flow going, it's very simple to duplicate the patterns and implement new uses. After setup, the tending is also very simple, allowing more users to monitor and upkeep the system day-to-day.
