Overall Satisfaction with UberConference

We use it as a simple conference call tool that allows us to coordinate with multiple clients and potential clients across the country. The integration between phone, computer, and mobile application has been really helpful. I just had a potential client make a comment on how much she appreciated the "call waiting" feature that is included in the standard package.
  • Integrates with Google Calendar.
  • Customized to my personal profile.
  • Automatically sends me a call summary once completed.
  • I'd like better video conferencing capabilities.
  • I'd like outside people to be able to send information prior to the call via UberConferencing.
  • If possible, it would be great to have a different name instead of "Uber."
  • It gave us a very affordable solution for conference calls.
  • The setup and customization took about 5 minutes.
  • Everyone is able to have their own custom number, which again was affordable and simple to implement.
  • Our outside clients have had a favorable experience, which helps us build a rapport with them.
This was a very affordable conference call solution. It was incredibly simple to set up and customize with each of our team members. The other software solutions that we evaluated were good, but few were quite as simple and affordable as UberConference. We've tried other solutions in the past, but so far this one has been the most reliable.
I haven't had to utilize customer support for this software solution. This is mostly due to the fact that I haven't had any issues with using this software. The "tone" and "feel" of the brand is very friendly and forward-thinking, so I would expect that their service is top-notch as well.

It allows people to call in from multiple time zones and participate in the conference call. It's really simple to set up the conference call and share the call details with multiple people.
